got my g today after getting my tranny replaced .. total bill was $7,206.00...i had the 07 g35 sport loaner for about 2 weeks... put about 1500 miles on it all told ( i drive 70 miles a day to go to work )... anyway back to my g, the tranny feels more responsive now and quiet, the way it should be, no more whinning noise... let's see now... january, got my door actuators replaced... february, had my radio, a/c problem fixed... april, had the fuel gauge done... and june, had my tranny replaced... hopefully nothing else breaks... car is out of warranty... except for the tranny which gets a fresh 2 years...

Glad it's better. That sucks that it was so much. Hope everything else holds up.

What year is your G? Did they say what caused the failure?

Ya, seems like a lot of dough.

I'd probably have sent the valve body to stillen for the upgrade... since you're already spending money
