After market sunroof worth it or not?

I'm looking at this 95' 240 but its not a se and doesn't have a sunroof. I know its just a sunroof but I'm used to having one and I really enjoy it. I've been thinking that I could just do like a after market sunroof but I haven't had any experience with them. Anyone have any experience or suggestions?

im gonna have to get mine replaced on my 91 its gonna cost like 400 am i getting ripped off?

I like sunroof's too, just make sure the aftermarket company does good work...Before you let them do the work...$400 is about average on what most companies charge...Good luck/skill!Maybe one day I can take my sunroof off!

S ois $400 average for buying the sunroof, or for having it installed, because there is no chance I would cut a hole in my roof

dude if you are looking for a replacement they have them on ebay for like 40 with all the hardware...save yourself 300...be cheap :spam

former_240_s14 has one on his car. The stock ones are kinda small. His goes up and out which means you dont loose headroom (if you need it) and its about 30% larger than stock.

You do loose a little structeral integrity with that new hole in there though.

I had an aftermarket electric sunroof in my last car and before it was totaled I used it in one way or another almost everyday for about 2.5yrs with zero problems
