after market rims, TPMS, and tpms STRAPS

hey everyone,

i did a search and i could not find anything mentioning this strap system i found on ebay. i used it successfully on my mazda but did not know if it would work with my nissan (cube).

i have a wheel where the valve stem would not be accessible if i connected the tpms directly on to the wheel. would a strap system like the one pictured work? i guess the question would be if the tpms in all nissans can detect air pressure without acting as the actual valve stem.

does anyone have rims where the valve stem is hard to reach?has anyone used this type of system on their nissan?
