Hey, im looking to install an alpine indash dvd unit. Does anyone have a aftermarket unit installed on there G? Was wondering if you fabricated or found a aftermarket dash somewhere? Could use all suggestions!!! Please someone help...its been sitting for to long.

Thanks for the link.....will that fit a indash flip out screen though? or is that just to flush mount a screen?

AWESOME ! have been looking for this ! a flush mount screen is going to look awesome ! I guess I have to get the a/c control...

a/c control = 210.00DDin finisher = 90.00DDin bracket = 50.00Touch screen DVD screen = 500.00 = 850.00 ! a lil expensive, but well worth it

A flip up would work. However, it is made to accommodate a DD (double-din) sized receiver. If you were to use a common flip out screen, most of those are single din. So, you'd need to come up with something to cover up half of the open slot. IMO, that would look FUGLY. Just my opinion.

Yeah might just sell my alpine in-dash and pick-up a screen. what else do i need to pick up? appreciate the info, thanks!
