Do I need to do anything?

alignment? Is it necessary?

Plus after your car is lowered. does it bounce hell a lot more than stock?

yes you'll need to get it aligned and you'll probably need at least eccentric bolts up front to get it back to 0, though those suck and change camber the first bump you hit. I'd recommend you get camber plates. If you don't drop more than 1.5" your camber probably will be alright though. and with stiffer springs your car will bounce more unless you upgrade the shocks, which is always recommended when upgrading to a lower/stiffer spring. if your factory ones aren't blown they will probably be soon on lowering springs. this is why many people chose to just buy coilovers. springs, shocks, and camber plates all in one.
