i just supercharged my ka and now its not running smooth at idle, do i have to retime it

A rough idle can be caused by hundreds of things. Just check the timing if you can. But if you didn't adjust the timing or swap cams then the timing should stay set.

What supercharger setup are you using?

m90 ,, i see the idle goes up and down up and down 700 to 1000 rpms

Sounds like a vacuum leak to me.
