after brake booster swap mushy pedal

i swapped brake boosters because the old one was bad, and when ithe cars off its pretty easy to put the pedal to the floor. and when its on its easy too. i got the brake booster from the j yard. what is it?

how did you know if the brake booster from the junkyard was any good?
did you test it or anything?
if it did work before, if i were you, i would try re-bleeding the whole system again.

i didnt, and i will try and bleed the brakes

Did you bleed the brakes at all after swapping?

id start with that one then first and see what you get. remember to do the brake farthest away from the cylinder then go to the next farthest...
