AFS Warning light flashes

Hi,

I've been my AFS is not "turned on" by the dealer who imported my car. Logic tells me this is BS and I'm assuming a fuse is either removed or not working.

When I press the AFS button, the light flashes in the speedo display area. Any suggestions on what I should try, I don't have an owners manual so don't even know where to start looking for fuses....and only had car for 3 days now.
