Where i live weve been getting pounded with snow and freezing temps. nonstop ive only owned my M for a few months i did everything to bring it back to life literally from A-Z previous owner could have cared less about such a beautiful car...NOTHING can stop this car in the snow is amazing..OK but recently the AFS light starts flashing and beams are no longer turning im rellay hoping that since i went to the carwash the other day to spray the salt, snow, packed wheels of snow etc..that maybe the motor on maybe 1 of them froze?I think this because it warmed up "a cpl degrees" and light stopped and beams worked again...so i was really happy because i know im not the only 1 that freaks when a dash light comes on nevermind nonstop blinking well it snowed AGAIN and is freezing light started AGAIN so im wondering anyone have this problem?and maybe by summer it fixed the prob maybe somethin 2 look 4ward too other than used headlights starting at $600 thanx if anyone sees this or helps...06 M35X

My 08 M35 is doing the Dame thing. I'm not tying it to anything with the weather, I think mine has a loose connection at the bulbs. When I hit a large Crack or bump on the road my headlights (individually) flicker and eventually cut off (one at a time) I have to turn the switch off and on to get them back working! The AFS light flashes and that part of the headlight function stops working. (They will no longer tien) I have not made time to remove my inner fender liners to get to the headlight bulb to check and secure the connection but I will do it one of these day as the weather is getting better!

I'm planning on getting under my car this weekend to check on the headlight connection. I'll have to lift up the compete front end remove tires and pull fender liners to get to the headlight backing!! I'll follow up...
