AFC Neo Reset PLEASE HELP

HeyI have a 1991 nissan 240sx with a redtop sr20det engine in it. the air fuel ratio is managed by the Apexi AFC Neo. I also have a manual boost switch hooked up to the manual boost controller. it has pretty large fuel injectors. However when my cousin and I went to install my cd player, the wires for the switch were knocked off. This somehow caused my turbo to switch and send out irregular air signals which promted the afc to go back to default. I cannot get the settings back and now my car runs extremely rich and refuses to go above 3000 rpms. Plus the bov vents loudly at 2500 to 3000 rpms as oppose to the 3500 to 4000 rpms when it was tuned. Please offer some advice in what i can do. Would i have to take it to a dyno or can i do it myself. PLEASE HELP
