Just got the car back from JER development from a dyno tune and car runs a whole lot better making 219whp w/ 280lb ft torque to the crank. problem is that afc neo isnt working to its fullest because on the air/fuel ratio graph, there are a few spikes to the rich side around 4k+ rpm and the shop told me after few extra runs that he wasnt able to fix it because afc neo wasnt responding that well. and if corrected shop claims i'll be making 230+whp

sensor set at 6in 6out. tried 5in5out but neo doesnt respond well to it.i'm running redtop-t25 ka24de 91stock maf. engine runs smooth

Was wondering if anyone been through a problem with their afc neo?

Difficult to say when a shop and a dyno can't fix the problem. Are you saying that when you reduce the airflow signal at 4000rpm that it will not lean out the mix? If it's working well in the other rpm bands I would leave it.

Yes, i dont know exactly what he was trying to do, but he told me he couldnt lean out the mixture at some point because the afc-neo wasnt responding to it, i'll try to get the afr graph up asap. At the moment i want to know if there's something wrong w/ the AFCneo or is it just the tuner himself. He told me he was using Easy Mode and told me Pro Mode is the same but more difficult to deal with. Hope theres nothing wrong with AFC neo.

SO Are you saying the Tuner probably dont know how to mess with the AFC? ? Do you know whats the difference between pro and easy mode? i'm a noob with the AFC neo so i dont really know much but to lean it out and richen the mixture but i dont have a wideband so i wouldnt try. it seems like the rpm on the AFC shows like 1k,2k,3k, rpm for fuel correction. doesnt seem to show like 1.5k, 2k, 2.5k, for settings. is it because this is easy mode that doesnt correct in between one specific rpm? sorry the noob question.
