reconnect all the wires. they are color coded so you should knwo what you cut and what you need to put back together.

if the wires is all you touched, then that should be all there is to it.

take a deep breath and look it all over again.

not cutting hte MAF is one of the reasons. also you said that hte SAFC has no power, which means that you must've screwed up by not finding the correct power or ground wire. just look up all the wired like what everyone says, and just reconnect them all.

It's just a 5 wire install, you shouldnt have to pay someone to do it. .... but I guess everyone has their own skill levels....good luck turboing when you cant install a safc =/

well i kno how to do it now its jus i dont have the patience for electrical stuff. but im going to attempt it again right now with a smarter approach. im goingto way more organized and will tap the IGpower first to check if the unit will turn on just to check im using the correct diagram. but one quick question....pplz say i have to tap it about 1inch away from the ECU...wut if i dont? becuz it would be nice for a lil more room towork with

This car will be wrecked/up for sale within 6 months. I am giving 2-1 odds. Any takers?

I'm just a casual observer of this post and I am not an english major but, I just need to say some thing. I don't mean to take a leak on your "pretty damn hot temper if u kno me", but use all ten fingers when you post.

heh....as long as u can read it and it saves me time its fine....but anyways the AFC shudnt be fried becuz the ECU isnt fried....unless its possible it can be fried without the ecu being fried

AFC being friend and ecu being friend has no correlation. If you hooked a hot wire to something thats not supposed to get power on the safc then you could have fried it.
