Got my sr running today....bareley.....cold starts are a pain...

But my afc shows 10% or so Air Flow when car is not running...

And the damn afc froze whenI was driving home, but unfroze after I turned it off and restarted...

The throttle % and rpm reading read fine except for when it froze.

I have a reprogramed ecu and z32 maf. Im thinking that the maf maybe went bad?????

Any imput would be appreciated.

Thanks

Dave

reinstall the OE AFM and see if the problem goes away, if not remove and reinstall the AFC, it might have a loose connection.

Unplug the AFC and hook the correct maf wire back in and see if you still have problems. How long have you had the AFC installed? Also there is a freeze mode, you might have hit the up button I believe. If you unplug the afc remember all you have to do is plug in the one maf wire.

The AFL is reading 10% when your car is not running? Hmm sounds like something's not right with the setup. You did cut the air flow wire and plug it properly to the air in and air out? Your S-AFC should get out of the hold mode by up or left. BTW I would not recommend using the taps, I would solder the connections.
