After reading the posts it occurred to me that maybe some of us have forgotten, or have never been aware of, how little it takes to divert air flow. At 70mph the slightest disturbance of the air flow can cause incredible noise inside the vehicle. My suggestion would be to really look at any dealer installed exterior items and then any items you, the new owner, may have added to the car. A short list: those deer deterrent things, fog or other exterior lights, deflectors of any kind, spoilers, rear view mirror add-ons, anything interfering with air flow over the top of the vehicle and loose or poorly installed door/hatch rubber moldings. Remember....aerodynamics rule!
