Mount the WBO2 sensor on the bottom most area of the downpipe, almost right at the catalytic converter. If the sensor is too far up, it will be overheated and give false readings (shows richer than actual).

Because you're running a T25, you'll experience high intake temps, high exhaust temps and very high exhaust manifold pressures. I'd say to help combat these issues, shoot for an AFR @ WOT around 11.5-11.8:1. I wouldn't go over 12:1 for these reasons, since you don't have any timing control.

It's a heated unit and it's been my experience that when overheated, they read too rich. Especially the Innovative units. Maybe the AEM unit is different.

i put mine at the lower portion of the downpipe as well. on mine, there isn't that much room anywhere else except for that area and i wanted to locate it as close to 12:00 on the tube as possible.

Dude that picture is very helpful, thanks!

I'll be installing one of these as well, and indeed they do recommend farther as better, ideally 36 inches as mentioned.

When I was installing my wideband plug, I was given the advice that the plug should never be at direct 6:00 or 12:00 on the pipe (straight up or down) because it allows water to settle in the sensor. Along the side of the pipe, like steve s14 has it, is supposedly ideal. That length from the turbo is fine, also.
