I just got my aem truboost in the mail and am excited to install it but I have a few questions. When hooking up the boost solenoid where do I get turbo pressure from? I don't see a hose that runs from the turbo to the wastegate so I'm not sure where to connect it.

cmon people i know you guys know the answer to this...

can i use a manifold pressure source such as from the throttle body and then a source from the wastegate? or does it have to be pulled directly off the turbo?

I think you can run one from the wastegate and the other off the fuel pressure regulator and then run off your pressure source for your wastegate.

i'm not sure i'm understanding you...

i'm supposed to run a hose from the wastegate to the solenoid and then a hose from the solenoid to the turbo...

Run a hose from the wastegate to the solenoid and then run a hose from your hotpipe or pressure source to the selonoid and then run one from the fuel pressure regulator to the solenoid.

with a internal wastegated turbo i'm only supposed to use 2 ports. apparently i found out from another member i'm supposed to basically run the solenoid inbetween the hose that runs from the wastegate actuator to the hotpipe. i'm going to try that and see how it goes.

I f**ked up on the last hose you got to run one from the fuel pressure regulator to the back of the gauge.
