AEM SRS C.A.R.B sitcker.

Any one know if the AEM Short Ram Intake is carb legal, I didnt get a carb never looked in the box for the carb sitcker and I failed smog cause I dont have a carb sitcker on it.

its legal. Mine has the carb sticker on it.

Ok, I just called AEM and thay are goin to send me one, all I had to do is prove that I own the intake, so I just took a picture and e-mailed them it. SWEET. now I dont have to put the OEM intake back on. Thanx god.PS thanx for your help guys.

Hmm... does this mean you can use someone else's picture to get a CARB sticker and put it on your own generic intake?

I would imagine real proof would be a pic of you beside the car with door and hood open and a pic of your drivers licence next to your title...

seems a little wierd they'd be so relaxed about it.

well its saveing me about an hour labor so im not going to ***** about it.

EDIT: in the picture I had to wright todays date and print my full name on a peice of tape and put it on the intake.
