We have 2 Cas that was working perfect before we install the aem ems. We just install the new aem disc into 1 and now the car won't start. We then took off the Cas that have the aem disc, n put the oem back on. It starts up? Do I have to change any wires when using the Cas with aem disc?

Strange I couldn't get mine to start with the stock disc at all. Did you check the stat synch while it's cranking? was it on or off?

Tech who is working on the car say its Off, Cam n crank sync off. I already talk to arm the manufacture can't get any better, It's the rb wiring harness, Changes too many business, AEM said so needs to be wired to how AEM sync works"

sorry forgot about this. On my car I had the main ecu relays wired to a 12v source that was switching on with the Key. Problem was that when the car would crank the ecu would shut off. This doesn't seem to be your problem since you say it will start with the AEM on the stock CAS. What type of CAS do you have? is it the Mitsubishi? also did you follow the instructions when installing the CAS disc? The easy way is to take off the sensor that's on top of the cas disc but it might not work after you remove it and install it back.

I'm sure it isn't the Cas- aem disc problem nor the Cas sensor itself, by hearing from the tech. "I looked into it and there is many different ways
But AEM told me what is need to do on this harness case
On the software there is "test" ways to see what the Ecu is looking at and go from there after AEM told me how to test it I told them what is happening they said the 2 signal wire problem needs it's own signal that's how the AEM works

I ask why it works on others with OEM CAS wheel
They said the harness is different -
The year they tested was 93-98 r33 GTS only cars all other are different
Rb25 cam in ALOT of models in Japan not just a skyline ."
