I have an 06 g35 6mt coupe. I bought it used, and previous owner installed an AEM cold air intake. Does anyone know if it adds any performance over factory? It is definitely LOUD, and I am considering either a different intake or going back to factory. Any thoughts?

Sure it will.... when was the last time it was cleaned and oiled?

If you go with a different one, go with JWT Popcharger IMO.

Keep it. AEM intakes are pretty good intakes. If you are interested in changing intakes and considering to make some investments on your car, then look at ARC intakes. Those are nice intakes!
