Does the AEM EMS come preset with a setting to run MAF-less or would I have to purchase a separate MAP sensor?

Separate purchase of the MAP. 3Bar AEM with harness is not that much and the EMS will appreciate the addition of an Intake Air Temp Sensor also from AEM to get everything running perfectly. The IAT is not necessary but will help immensely and an experienced dyno-man will be able to have a nice temperature compensation curve to keep you running safe and strong even on the hottest of days.

Which would be the most effective way to tune the EMS.....MAF or MAP in terms of ease of tunability, precision, durability, and upgradability??? Thanks.

The MAP sensor will allow for more accurate tuning especially in the top end.

Hey if you're looking for everything to get the AEM up and running on a MAP and run the AEM boost controller, I can get you set up with the EMS box and all necessary hardware for a great price. Contact info is in my sig.

I have an EMS unit already with UEGO gauge type already. I would probably still need the MAP sensor kit and AIT kit as well or would I just need the sensor and run my own wires? also would need the boost controller and a serial gauge kit. LMK wat kind of deal can you get. NOt looking to get them all at once due to funding but will eventually need all of them. LMK.
