AEM EMS

Got a quick question. I'm planning on purchasing AEM EMS of ebay or club vender but it say only use with manual transmission. I do have manual transmission but i have Automatic ECU. Will the AEM ems work on auto ecu harness/wire

Sorry I didn't see this...

The auto ecu can be directly bolted onto the manual harness on the S14, I've done so myself several times. So YES the AEM EMS will bolt onto the harness, if that's your question.

I have a similar question, doesn't seem worth it to make a whole new thread. Since the 95 S14 (Mine's a 6/94, so VERY early 95) is OBDI, is the ECU connector/harness the same as the S13? In short, can I use an S13 ECU in my 95 S14? Figured you would know this WD, thanks

No, you will need the wiring harness adapter. the components on the 95 models are obd2 in every way, they even have a down stream o2 sensor, although you can unplug it and nothing happens, as apparently the computer is programmed not to use it. all of the components, including the ecu look just like the 96 and newer.

Sorry to bump it again. Would the aem ems series 2 fit auto harness. I'm hearing it wont work and i have to change it to 5 speed harness

we can use AEM ems on KA? is there a write up for that?
