Because he was so excited to install it for mebiggie wrote:Congrats on the mod.
Now why did you let him do it? Half the fun of a mod is installing it yourself.
Lol! Ya he doesn't get bothered w/ driving a dirty car; so when I see it dirty I just clean it for him.biggie wrote:Ah, I would have done that tradeoff too. I'd much rather install parts than clean a car.
Thanks. So far I like it.TheSilverVersa07 wrote:Great choice for a mod. looks good.

I am actually in Markham this week. What is with the humidity on this side of the country?

LOL! Ya I don't stay home either from snow or rain. I take the RedHill all the time to work, but if it's major flooding (due to poor design on their part), then there are tons of other ways for me to get down the mountain to work.08versailles wrote:Weather definitely bonus right now!
Enjoy that pool. We always had one growing up in the 70s/80s.
Don't pull a TopGear...keep KittyVersa out of the pool!![]()
Unfortunately, flooding is a concern now for the RedHill Expressway, as well as the CentennialPkwy/CNR underpass, and Grand River flooding in Caledonia, Cayuga, York and Dunnville.
These rarely happen, and are rarely news makers, but i can't be held back going to work etc, for just an above average puddle.

I like a CAI too cuz they're relatively cheap and easy, and sound great, and get a couple HP.
I have a co-worker with an SRT4, CAI, exhaust, bigger turbo, lowered etc, but it can't [won't?] see rain, snow, or system of low pressure from the Arctic Circle.

I'm...just...jealous!
AEM is actually the only company that makes a "by-pass valve" for the cold-air intake. I'm not sure exactly what it looks like, but I'm pretty sure it's like a secondary filter. Anyways, you put it between your two pipes to catch any water that tries to get into your engine. I know you can order em from someplace like Super Auto Toyz or an after-market specialty store. I'm actually trying to see if they have on that will fit my Stillen CAI... but I'm waiting till rainy season :]08versailles wrote:Weather definitely bonus right now!
