Okie i havent fully installed the CAI yet... because i cannot mount the second mounting of the CAI... the one that goes inside the well... second problem is that when i plug back the battery the power windows doesnt work... well it works its just the auto close doesnt work anymore but the auto open works... the instruction is pretty bad from aem... im not really happy yet... ill take off the bumper tomorrow to re-seat the filter and fix the wirings...

how do i fix my power windows if it doesnt auto close anymore... i just like to click it up once to close it but now it doesnt... i havent turned on my radio yet because im trying to listen for any faulty sound... any one else having the same problem as me...

Window thing is easy. when you disconnected the battery, you reset the BCM. To fix:

Roll window completely down. Roll-up halfway. Wait a second, then hold the roll-up switch in the up position for 10 full seconds. It should work after that.

there is a hole for a screw (thats on the rubber grommet) let me see if i can run out right now and snap a pic, there is not need to drill a new hole.

Ok, pictures are in this is where you screw the second mounting bracket into!

Just feel around for it, I actually had to get on my back and go under the car in stick my hand up from where you put the filter into and feel around for a hole. And no it doesn't need to be drilled!!!

And the soloution i always used to fix the auto-up on the window was roll it all the way down then hold it and let it go all the way to the top and hold it for another 10 seconds after it hits the top. Hope this all helps

i had mine in the wrong place for a few minutes and after a beer and a smoke to clear the head i realized i was looking at it wrong. you have to pull the liner back a little bit more the correct hole is more towards the back of the wheel well near the 10 oclock position of the tire itself.

here is a pic of my Fujita with the wheel well lining pullback to show the mounting spot

Edit: To make no confusion. AEM used a different mounting spot. -CodeRed

No, you just need to remove the wheel, and the wheel well via the little tabs that hold it on.

i never removed my wheel just turned it sharply to the left and had enough room with very little coaxing.

i think i put mine back wards hahahha.. because that bracket is not even close to any wall... hmmm yeah i just turned mine sharp right because sharp left doesnt give you that much space... but i will definitely take off my bumper tomorrow to measure the inside for mesh and prep the grille for painting... i will match the color to the exterior and clear coat it so it will shine...

i just found a DIY hobby shop for cars out here at great lakes, IL and its pretty cheap to use the lift too... so yeah thats my plan for tomorrow...

one thing i dont like about the intake is that when you have a cvt you will just hear a continues roaring sound till i reached 80mph then i stopped because it was getting crazy at 5700 rpm hahaha... but the 0-60 times got shorten by almost a half... i dont know why probably its broken-in with 6000 miles or i just found the right pressure on my gas pedal... but i also wasted so much gas because i looked at my tripometer and it said 21 miles and i wasted 1/8 of the tank... lol...
