aem air intake issues

so i was heading home today, and i decided to floor it, my acceleration is acting really weird, then at 6000 rpm it got stuck and i wouldnt go past 60 mph, then 5 seconds later it shifted, yes i have an automatic, i was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem in the past and if they could help me out.

Why do you think this is an aem intake issue? I have an intake on my dd single cam auto and it doesn't liketo shift into overdrive when it's not warmed up all the way. Was the car warmed up all the way? Do you ever have shifting issues? Have you done a trans filter and flush?
