ae means "anniversary edition" as the AE has blacked out lights. you can black out the edges of the 4th gen lights and you can completely black out the corners with black chrome paint and clear. Its just Ive heard of the corners melting

I'm pretty sure you just open them the same as the headlights. You doing this to stock corners or aftermarket clear lense ones? Just wondering

it will be the OEM ones, I am getting retro'd lights that are black, so clear corners would look like crap

Sorry but the clear lense and black internals look way better than the OEMs with the internals blacked out....

As seen on my buddy Dj's max..

I've been trying to find those euro style on ebay, with the black around the outside of the corner and chrome in the middle, with a clear lense. Its like they fell off the face of the earth...wtf!!

Yea they come and go rather quick. And are now normally only sold with the headlight itself.

Get the universal Lamin-X film in charcoal and cover them. Way easier. When I tried to do my OE corners the plastic looked really bad afterward.
