advise on a purchase

First Altima post. Have been posting on Rogue.We are thinking on purchasing an 06 2.5S Altima special edition. It has 44,000 ks, is off lease asking price 11,200. and comes with power drivers seat alloy wheels, automatic and more. No accidents or even a scratch lady driven.It still has the original continnental factory tires half worn, the brakes are new.Would like to hear from anyone and especially from altima owners.the car looks and drives like new.Do you think it's a good buy or a problematic stay away car.thanks.We also own an 08 Rogue SL AWD premium pkg. and like it.
