Are all of them practically the same? This one on ebay is the cheapest price so far and it's OEM, so what's the difference, or what do the more expensive ones bring to the table?

As long as its actually OEM belts, pulleys, and tensioner, I don't see a problem with it. That being said, Gates belts are just as good, just an FYI.
