Advice on rims =(?

Alright guys i plan on getting my brand new set of tires and rims soon.
I currenltly have 19" but i bended one of my rim cus of a pothole!!
So this time im go with 18"

Just wanna ask you guys what are ur opinions on "TSW Rims"? I been doing searches and alot ppl sed the r too soft.
But i personally like their rim styles alot.

And is tenzo and XXR any good?

And what are some good 18" tires?

I have Tenzo, only issue Ive had is with the taper on the inner bore being machined a tad bit to deep. I have to tape my hub rings to the wheel and install rather than install rings on hub and then install wheels.

Hub centric rings should be installed on the rim.

I have hubcentric rings, the issue is with how they machined the inner bore of the wheel itself. The outer edge of the rings (I tried 3 different sets) does not sit flush with the outer edge of the wheel, therefore not centering the wheel perfectly on the hub. Here are pics I sent to them to iilustrate, not sure if you can see or not, look at rust lines...
