So I've ben looking for months on end for a nice 240sx. I found a nice 95 SE close to home with 185k miles with vlsd for 4k, now obviously i want to haggle, but I want some tips from the community my biggest plan when the money comes around is to RB it, but to start with smaller mods.

Should i check some something regarding the sunroof? Leaks seem to plague them

are the miles high for this car even if its taken care of? my 97.5 KA24DE has 188k runnin strong but hows the rest of the car handle the mileage? should i get it even with the miles?

are there any "hidden" rust spots I should check for?

thanks guys, main concern here is whether to get it with those miles, but thats why im here, let's here what you have to say.

Sun roof leaks are too complicated to do unless you know what you are doing...unless you just silicone it shut which usually doesn't work. To have it fixed at auto glass shop should be around 65-100 dollars unless they need a new seal then you will pay for the too. $50.00 if they just urethane it shut but it will never open again.

Rust wise- Fender wells, frame rails, underbody, in the trunk, under carpets. Also look under the battery.

alright what about the 183k miles on the thing. Should i not care because I want to engine swap eventually? should i care because its been spent in NY and likely outdoors (my altima hardly survived the crap up here and it was garaged half its life!!)
