Advice on buying a 240 w/blown sr20

Like title says. I'm looking at a project car to add to my garage. Its a 93 hatch with no rust! It has a s13 sr20 with a cracked block.

I would determine how much it is going to cost you to get a running engine back in it. $3000 for the listed mods and no rust sounds like a decent deal and everything else for the swap is already there.
