advice on buying 240sx

I have been shopping for a used nissan the past 3 months and i found one last night, but i need some advice on its price. here is the deal...

1992 240sx se super hicas 110kmiles 5sp hatchback $3500.00the body is in perfect shape looks like it has been garaged all its life...

is this a good deal???

Talk him/her down to $3k. If he won't go, and you got the $, I say go for it. HICAS = VLSD. Yum.

is HICAS something i should be looking for if im in the market for a 240? and if im going to sr20 it then should i been looking for something more...how should i say....junk yardish...?

If you are just going to do a SR swap, then try to talk him down abit, I wouldn't pass this up personally, 240s are becoming extremely hard to find

Well, HICAS is the all wheel steering feature that Nissan offered. Many say that at the limit and beyond it can creep up on you and make the handling seem odd. Many get kits to delete it. If you are going for an SR swap RIGHT AWAY, and don't give a crap about looks or how nice the car is, then this is not your ticket. Get a $500 one and be happy.
