My current KA has gone to the great beyond. My brothers KA is sitting in my garage left over from his SR swap. It has about 150 xxx miles on it. I am planning on going the z31 T3 turbo route. Engine was running fine, compression was alright, nothing wrong with it, fairly new timing chain. Do you think I should just leave the engine alone and turbo it "as is" or is that too many miles and I am wasting money? Anything vital I should do first?

i'd say if compression was over 165, then turbo it. If it's a free engine, then it can't hurt anything. You can always get another KA and swap over the parts if you blow that engine.
