I did mine with vice grips, hammer, Kroil, and a can of compressed air. The bolt rounds really easily, so a wrench was useless (and now that I used vice grips, the bolt is round

). Anyway, I applied Kroil and let it sit for an hour or two. Then the vice grips. Took some time to get the vice grips right; they had to be pretty tight before the would grip the bolt when I hammered. I hit the grips somewhat lightly because I wanted the tube in good condition. No movement for three hits, then I nuked the bolt - not the header - with a long spray of inverted compressed air and the next hit - yes! - about 5mm of movement. Took about 45 min to get it off. Most of that was little micro turns with the grips. Now it's slathered with anti sieze.
