Well its just bad timing. As of right now, Im awaiting GT4, MGS 3(Both will be time consuming), NFSU 2 and a few others. Plus I work. So that doesnt leave time for 100+ hours of gameplay. Theres also the fact of will I even be willing to play the game cuz of the graphics.

The game had an entire religion built into it. Epic. No less.

I have a feeling that the man in the wheelchair is either a new character OR Hojo of Shinra. The men on the bikes and the various forms of sephiroth i'm sure will be new clones.

Did the one dark figure look to any of you like vincent? Afterall he is Sephiroths father.

For those of you who need to refresh your memory on FF7...nonetheless always a great read. Explains the story very thoroughly leaving out almost no details. JDMFreak this might be for you.

DONT READ THAT. not if you ever plan to play the game. The game has a storyline that simply sucks you in. DO NOT ruin it unles you are 100% sure you will NEVER pickup the controler.

The guy in the wheelchair is hojo!? Psht.

IIRC hojo ingested ALOT of mako/lifestream and was then killed by cloud+friends.

Hojo=teh deadz0r

Now if you're talking about the other professor that hojo "killed", you may be on to something.

Good call man. I was just about to read it. When does the movie come out? That way Ill know that if I havent bought it already at least 1-2 months before it comes out, I will go ahead and read it.

IDK if that last sentence made any sense or not, but you'll get the idea.

Go play the game, dammit.

FFVII is probably the best FF made for ps(x). Trust me, you won't be dissapointed.

You are talking about Gast. Gast was only interestedin the ancients. I cant imagine he would bother with Sephiroth. Oh the speculation is killing me!

Its been a while since I played FF7, I forgot his name.

Genova was mistaken as an ancient, and sephiroth was created from genova so maybe....Eh reading too deeply into it.

I wish square wouldn't have left so many unanswered questions.

Welcome to the club! I also remember letting the tear ducts rip when poor Aeris had the life snuffed out of her.....right in front of my eyes...while I gazed.....helplessly!! :sniff sniff: DAMN YOU SEPHIROTH!!!

However, I'd have to say the ending to Panzer Dragoon Saga is quite possibly the most devastatingly sad moment in videogame history (few moments in fiction - cinematic, literary or otherwise - can match). The Aeris murder is a distant second, followed by Meryl's death in Metal Gear Solid.

Anyway, I'm surprised Square's releasing another FF CGI movie after FF: Spirits Within bombed in US theatres. BTW, it's a crying shame Shrek knocked off FF: Spirits Within for the Best Animation Oscar nod.

Spirits Within=Horrible

How could the creators of such awsome games produce that garbage? As for Shrek beating out FF. All I have to to say is "How!?"

Spirits Within wasn't that bad. Plot sucked, but the quality of the cgi was ahead of it's time.

Shrek beat out FF cuz it's funny as hell.

Oh I agree that the FF CGI was the shiz as expected, but the plot very bad.

I also love the Shrek movies, but I still think the best animation should go the FF.
