advancing ka24e timing

Sup guys Im kinda new to nico club im new to 240's in general. Well To start off so you guys can give me a better idea on what to advance the timing to. FIrst off how do i advance the timing. Second. I have a full exhuast (no header yet) Egr crap removed and a INtake. Cars been sea foamed so theres no carbon build up so no hot spots. I heard the ka24's stock come rich so removing the egr crap will make it run even richer. and i'd rather andave the timing by eyeball besides i dont ahve a timing light.
