dody doody doo. That is not a true transmission line enclosure. The purpose of a transmission style enclosure is to "simulate" an Infinite baffle in a small area. This is done by a "tube" that bends and folds over itself and is usually lined with a sound absorbtion material such as 'glass, wool, dynamat, etc...
*edit* I just looked at the picture a bit more. You may have a transmission style enclosure there, but if that is indeed the case then the large port opening is a waste because there should be very LITTLE, if any at all, air movement coming out of it.
What you have there is a ported enclosure with the port horn loaded. This is known to give a bit of a dB increase over a regular port.
