Advan SA3 Question

I have a set of Super Advan SA3's but just wanted to verify a few things on them. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

There are four 'sections' with information either cast or stamped inside of the hub - in the recessed sections.

First Section:SA3-16-1

Second Section:16x7 JJ 32

Third Section:620 KG

Fourth Section:(read as fractions)A / 19 9/64 LO

If I am interpreting this correctly, they are 16x7" wheels with a +32mm offset.

I believe the back-spacing is 5.00" (measured with a digital caliper)

Will these wheels clear Z32 TT (30mm) calipers?

Does anyone know what the 'Fourth Section' is referring to?

The first and fourth pieces of info are probably manufacture codes and not really important.

As far as clearing Z brakes, as has been mentioned many, many times, it is not so much the offset as the actual shape and curvature of the spokes.

You want wheels with a doughnut shaped bowl on the inside moreso than flat spokes. If that makes any sense.
