For some reason or another the fitment database sticky is pulling up blank. However, I have seen a couple of posts showing your car with, what appear to be, white Professors or Works. Would it be possible to see a couple of profile shots of your ride if this is indeed the case?

I have a set of 17" Competitions that are similar enough in spoke design that I am contemplating having powder coated white. I am just a bit perplexed in regards to polishing the lip or going full color. My car is also a red hatch with a black roof, so IF it would not be too much trouble I would appreciate it.

I considered black, but there are enough black wheels out there.

17x8/9 +24 w/ 10mm spacers all around making it effectively +14

that rear valance was just test fitted... I took it off because the place I got my muffler done at (i just had a can) made it at such a stupid angle that I can't fit my driverside on... I still have to get it redone...

Thats why I went with the Vision Motorworks lugnuts off EBay. They are $50 shipped, and constructed from the same alloy. There are 2 things to remember about aluminum lugnuts one is the torque. I torque mine down to 70 ft.lbs. and I remove my wheels every 4 to 6 weeks for cleaning. The second is to use a dab of anti-seize on the threads. The lugnuts and wheel studs both expand and dissipate heat at different rates and this is where potential issues occur less so than over torquing. I have yet to have any issues. Except for one time that I had to pull into a Firestone for a flat. The monkey used the air gun to remove the lugnuts after I specifically instructed both he and the manager up front not to. I bought a new set that same night. Also the color holds up extremely well. I have seen the 5Zigens begin to fade within a years time, mine still look almost new. Minus scuffing from the socket.Another option at the same price will be the Muteki SR 48's. I really like these because they are NOT aluminum. I believe they are chrome vanadium steel and only come in black and that neo chrome finish used for Project Kics. Sheck 'em out.

yeah.. they're the pro racers. And Gumby's right, they do tend to fade after awhile... but only the non locked ones. For some reason, the locked lug nut doesn't fade... lol

either way, I got the whole set brand new for $60, so I can't really complain

I'm still deciding on what nuts to use next... aluminum nuts aren't really made to last forever

I agree. That's why I picked up the Muteki's. They are not as chunky as the others though, running a.....17mm tool to remove.oh well, what are you gonna do?

^ thank you, thats what i need

the open lugs expose stock studs to the elements, I worry that mine will rust over time if they arent closed.
