Adjusting timing

I just want to make sure I got the steps down properly before I start playing with the timing...

1. Let the engine warm up2. Disconnect TPS3. Connect timing light4. check.. if not 20+-2 BTDC adjust as shown below - loosen the bolts circled then turn it CW to retard CCW to advance5. recheck timing

Do I have the picture correct(esp the bolts that I have to loosen)? and the steps correct?
