hey yall,I was just wondering, is there a way to adjust the pressure point on the hydrolic clutch?

as of right now... my clutch pedal engages pretty close to fully extended, and i prefer my clutch to engage closer to the mid point of compression of the peddal or closer to the floor..... my clutch is in good shape... it doesnt slip or anything and was replaced just a few years ago.

but i find myself resting my foot on the clutch and knowing that it disengages really high.... i could in theary wear out my clutch like this.... ( i know, simple answer, dont rest ur foot on the clutch )

but can a hydrolic clutch's pressure point be adjusted like that of a cabled clutch to engage/disengage closer to the floor??

Thanks Scott

Hey Scott,

there is an adjust ment right above the clutch pedal on the rod that goes to the master. loosen the 12mm lock nut on the rod then spin the rod so it screws into the clevis( what the lock nut butts up against) to the desired feel. should be set so there is about a half inch of free movement in the pedal.

Scott..:)
