Take the door panel off. At the top of the door there are two stoppers that can be adjusted by turning a nut loose and sliding the stoppers up and down. Loosen the nuts and the put the window up all the way. Then move it down so that there is about 2mm of clearance between the hard plastic molding when the door is closed on the outside of the car. When you have achived this then tighten the bolts back up while resting on the window stoppers. This should solve the problem. Another thing to look for is if the stricker plate on the door itself is aligned correctly. You can tell this by looking at the door when it is fully closed. If the door edge does not sit flush with the body then adjust the striker plate by turning the two large phillips head screws. Once they are loose oyu can slide it around. Put it in twards the car some, tighten the screws and close the door.
