So i recently got HIDs and i thought they were fine. Last night i was behind someone and i realized they may be a little to high because i could see the lights in the rear-view mirror. My question, Is there a way to adjust the head lights so the light points down more?

Hopefully im being clear about it! If im not just ask.

It's in the FSM. It's just an adjusting screw that you turn. It's located in the slightly dark spot to the bottom right of the picture (has a B pointing to it if you can make it out) - will try to make the picture bigger.

Ok so i adjusted the passenger side down about 6 inches and i went to the driver side and the screw/nut thing came out. i had cracked what was holding it in place and so i cant lower the driver side anymore... idk what to do. I got the driver side down about 2 inches and since it was fcked up i had to move the passenger side back up so it was level. I hope those 2-3 inches will stop people flashing me haha!! or else ill prolly have to get new headlights...

Yeah, I was kinda worried about the glare from the very start. If you stand about 35-40 feet in front of the car you'll should be able to tell if the glare is still there which I suspect will be so. I believe some people have built some custom-made bulb shields that have helped by eliminating the bottom side of the reflector housing - not perfect but it does help.
