As per the FSM, fuel pressure should be at 36psi with the vacuum line plugged in and 43psi with no vacuum. I recently installed my Nismo FPR and was wondering if I set it with the line on or off. Either way makes the other off by a little bit.

I've always read that you do it with the vacuum line off, always.

With aftermarket FPR I dont think the pressure will be exactly as stock. As long as you are within around 1 psi you should be fine.

When you remove the vacuum line from the FPR all you are doing is simulating WOT, because there is not any vacuum at WOT. and with the vacuum line on it simulates idle.
