My engine been running funny for a long time, spluttering etc. can't turn the boost over 0.8. I turned the crank angle sens. fully one way an it runs alot better, does this mean my timing is off?

ugh your timing is way off if you just turned it al the way one way...set the timing with a timing light then check for boost leaks...also put in new plugs and make sure they are gapped right

Just reset your timing all together. its easy and only should take you like 20mins, then go from there
