adjusting caster + toe on y33 q45

can you adjust caster and toe with stock suspension parts ?

THe only front thing that can be adjusted on 90-2001 Q is the TOE without aftermarket parts or bending/shimming.

is caster adjustability important for lowered cars?

Im trying to decide if I should get adjustable tension rods or just swap out the tension rod bushings.

Caster equality side to side is extremely important otherwise there will be a side to side drift.

As with camber the caster should be within a few tenths of a degree side to side.

and which suspension parts are use to adjust TOE ?

I have coilover camber plates for camber, I know tension rods adjust the caster but what about toe ? what part is adjusted to adjust toe ?
