anybody know if it's possible to adjust the mic and/or speaker volume for the bluetooth connectivity? I find that when I'm driving on the highway, it's quite hard to hear what people are saying. Even driving in the city, at lower speeds, the sound isn't the clearest. I've also had people tell me that they sometimes can't hear me when I'm talking in the car, so sometimes I'll have to yell up towards the mic.

Is there any way to increase the volume on these?

the incoming volume is regulated by the stereo volume. so far as the mic goes, maybe try closing the windows?

On a similar note...is it possible to change the default setting for thephone? It always defaults to 22 on the stereo which is way too softso I'm always turning it up. If it defaulted higher...it would truely behands free.

Im not too sure about the default volume, but i know that while you are talking on the phone with bluetooth, just press the volume up button to turn the bluetooth volume um (only works while talking). If it doesn't do anything, your volume is up all the way.

As for talking in the car....yell? Having a mic far away from your mouth when talking makes it difficult to receive your voice, so the louder you can make your voice, the more sound it can pick up on.

I find that if I talk in a normal voice people can hear me much better, when I raise my voice (which is natural being in that environment) people have a hard time hearing me

this is true... the mic's design is to cancel out loud noise so if you yell it turns you down... normal voice is good.

interesting...thanks all for your help on this! I'll try the 'talking in a normal voice' thing next time I use bluetooth in my car.

Makes sense but the natural thing is to speak up like you are on speakerphone, I still get a what now and again when I forget then I remember to talk with an inside voice. Then I go to timeout
