I think I can handle the install it doesn't seem to bad but once I get them installed can I adjust the camber then get everything aligned or does a shop neef to do everything?

Make them the same length as stock and have alignment shop fine tune it.

After all that do I need a 4 wheel alignment. Or if my alignment is recent is it all okay

I would at least, go get it checked. Generally, you should always do an alignment if your are replacing suspension parts.
