Is there a way to reduce the "ring" on the windshield reflected by adjustable dash pod?

It's not terrible, but since the instrument pod moves with steering wheel when wheel is adjusted (tilt, etc) there is "U" shaped image on the windshield.

I don't have this issue at all. What are you using to clean the dash? Maybe it is too shiny and it reflcts back. Try to use something less shiny.

You may have a black dash, in which case the line is probably not visible.I have a tan dash and the line is visible.I'll post a link to a picture when the weather permits.

Wow, the smallest things bother you huh?

I would suggest moving your seat so that you're not in the glare range.

I don't see this as a major issue on mine with a black dash. That said I did take out one with stone and it was one of the reasons I selected black. On my other car during certain times of the day the black dash in it also causes a lot of glare on the windshield. I would be careful of what you use to clean it with, keep from using something that puts a lot of shine on it. A friend of mine used a dash cover for his Caddy and that cured his trouble (except for the Caddy part), not sure how well or if something like that would work for the G but may be worth a look and you could probably test a substitute such as a bath rug to see what the results would be.
