How do you adjust the emergency brake from inside the car?

There are two ways to adjust it. One is under the center trim, near the handle (it's a screw that will adjust tension). The other is from beneath the car, up in the exhaust tunnel directly on the e-brake cable itself where it connects to the lever mechanism.

The adjustment beneath the car is the one that allows for the most change.
