Adding VSC to 2004 MO.

I have a 2004 MO with sunroof/leather/xenon lights package that has the stability control option.

However, I have a second MO with all same options except no VSC and no tire pressure monitoring system.

Is there any way to tweak the computer system to add VSC to this MO?

My local dealer is a joke; but my local Indy repair shop guy is willing to take a chance on things with me!

Thanks for any suggestions.
